    Meet the U.S. Brain and Spinal Cord Injury Law Center

    Howard Butler is a nationally board-certified civil trial lawyer as recognized by the
    National Board of Trial Advocacy and is AV-rated* under Martindale-Hubbell's peer
    review rating system. Mr. Butler has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers
    in America and has been listed by Florida Super Lawyers magazine, an honor limited
    to the top 5 percent of lawyers in a state.

    Mr. Butler is a member of Million Dollar Advocates, American Association for Justice,
    Florida Justice Association (EAGLE member), the Attorneys Information Exchange
    Group (AIEG) and Trial Lawyers for Public Justice.

    A native of Florida, Raymond Bodiford has been representing the people of Florida
    for more than 25 years. Mr. Bodiford has appeared in civil matters all over the country
    including venues in Maine, California, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Minnesota,
    Pennsylvania and Ohio.

    Mr. Bodiford serves as the first vice chair/newsletter editor for the Products Liability
    Section of the American Association for Justice. He has also taught numerous
    seminars on topics related to auto safety and products liability.
